Meet Your Dietitian

Caitlin Field MS, RD, LD
Registered Dietitian | Pediatric Nutrition Expert | Mom of 3

With over 13 years of experience as a registered dietitian, Caitlin has helped hundreds of families transform their mealtimes and raise empowered eaters. Her work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and a deep understanding of what feeding kids is really like—because she’s doing it too. Caitlin earned her Master’s in Medical Nutrition Therapy at The Ohio State University, where she trained in picky eating through the prestigious LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities) program. While there, she also led a pilot study on feeding interventions for picky eaters during her graduate assistantship at an early childhood education center.

Since then, Caitlin has worked in a variety of clinical and nutrition research roles—but her heart has always stayed with helping families overcome food struggles.

Now a mom of two (with one on the way!), Caitlin blends clinical expertise with lived experience. She understands how exhausting and emotionally draining it can be when your child refuses food, hyperfixates on snacks, or mealtimes feel like a daily battle.

Her passion is helping parents stop the food fights and build lasting, healthy habits that support their child’s physical and emotional well-being—without guilt, pressure, or shame. Through her proven approach, Caitlin empowers parents to feel confident in how they feed their families, and to raise kids who trust their bodies, feel good around food, and grow into the best versions of themselves.
